You must have some experiance in webdesign. ><;; No graphics made in MS Paint, please.
Be careful of your language. Kids might run across your site. D=
Your site must be in english.
You must know how to use FTP, HTML, and CSS.
You must provide examples of your works.
Premades accepted.
Er, no uploading .mp3's, .m4a's, .avi's, etc etc (Music/Video/Media files) on your FTP @_@ Upload the media to Fileden or FileLodge...something of that sort. We don't want the bandwidth draining away dramatically.
No...stealing.. -_-;; Especially from other sites. We will not tolerate theft.
For your site... d0 n0t typ3 lyke di$. That just shows the level of your literature skills. Speak in normal english, please ^^;; It needs to be readable.
Update your site at least once a month! If you don't... We'll assume you're inactive and your site may be shut down. Unless, you email us or notify us that you're on hiatus/break/if something popped up, then it's okay. But remember, we can't read your mind so you need to tell us, okay? D=
Add the link to "Koi Enishi" somewhere, please. Or a link button, whatever. It doesnt have to be on every page. So long as there is a link back to Koi Enishi on your site, we're fine with it.

That's all there is to it. Obey the rules, and we'll all be happy. If you don't obey the rules, things won't be pretty. It's a matter of decision/choice, no?

Image galleries rarely accepted but if you have enough images, then okay =D

Notification

When you're going on hiatus, break, or if anything pops up that may delay your site updates, be sure to tell us. We'll understand. ^_^ But don't make the hiatuses last over a month and a half @_@ Otherwise We're just going to plain delete your site without warning. >>

If you need cutenews, wordpress, or any other auto-install program (must be free, okay? =O But ANY program you want installed...) let us know ^_^ We'll handle that.

Oh yes.... If you want to cancel/close your site, let us know, okay? Email us! We've had this happen in the past where they didn't contact us at all about it and it wasted space 'til we found out ourselves -.-;; You will have 5 days to move everything out. ^_^ If you're busy though, let us know and we'll understand.
